i like nature's path products. and i like them as a company. they are a reputable organic company.
i also respect andrew weil. so when i saw this product i wanted to give it a try.
and i am happy i did. it tastes wonderful. very fresh flavor. no aftertaste. very delicious citric taste: orange & lemon.
the ingredients: all of them organic. vegan. no gluten, no dairy, no soy products.
do note that is has cashews, for those that can't eat them. although they taste great in this bar.
it makes a great breakfast bar, or a snack, or even a dessert bar.
it is very convenient, individually packed. just grab & go. and it is not messy. doesn't leave crumbs behind.

DELICIOUS!
THESE are truly delicious. BUT make sure you like dates and figs as these are major flavors as well. IF you want something sweet and natural this will do the trick!
