These Valslides are amazing! Just follow her program and you will see results. For more workouts go to[...]. She sells all different types of programs. Fun routines that you will love. She helped me lose 31 pounds. My arms are toned, my legs have a nice shape to them and I burned a ton of fat with her cardio routines. I am telling you that you will be satisfied. She has trained many celebrities including Jennifer Garner. She is down to earth and gives many free workout programs as well. Enjoy them, they are lots of fun.

Overpriced - buy some furniture sliders instead
I use these at the gym & they work well, but I wouldn't pay this much for them. I got a pack of furniture sliders that are used to slide furniture around on carpet & they work just as well. I think I paid $7 for a pack of 4.
