About the Author
Seth Tobocman taught art to small children in a village outside of Ramallah, Palestine in 2002. To explain himself to his parents, life-long Zionists, he sent twenty pages from his sketchbook to them, the genesis of his previous book, Portraits of Israelis and Palestinians: For My Parents.
Terry Berkowitz is a Fulbright Fellow and recipient of grants and awards from the NEA and the Jerome Foundation, the Macdowell Colony and the Art Directors' Club of New York.
