Medium difficulty level. Dry, but informative, historical Bible commentary on the book of Genesis. This is the best book of its kind on Genesis that I have seen.

A must read for Christians. C.S. Lewis'work remain among the best in apologetic writings. This is not a difficult read,however Lewis lived in Great Britain and that is something to keep in mind as it relates to vocabulary and writing style. Read and take time to think. This is a fabulous book.

Excellent book on Christian ethics, but not an easy, arm chair read. Be prepared to really study with this one.

I have several church history books, but this one remains my favorite. If you enjoy history, then you will enjoy this book. It tells the story of the Christian church from the time of the apostles. The author does not make this an exclusively Catholic story, but the story of the church and the people who left their mark on it. There plenty of interesting comments about the lives of church fathers.

If you have never studied ethics, and would like to know how secular ethcial systems compare to Christianity, then this is an excellent book. It is simple and easy to follow. I used this book to introduce my adult Bible students to philosophy and ethics. How do we determine right from wrong?

Like Lewis...this is a classic. You cant help but stop every few moments to re-read as you go through this one. You will want to take in every word, every syllable and every phrase. Sproul explains who God is and why humanity needs Him ,is repeled by Him and ultimately rejects Him. An appeal to the emotions and the intellect all at once.

This is an excellent book on evangelism and apologetics. Thought provoking, but not difficult to follow. My Bible Study group read this one and many of them loved the simplicity of the stories, others were intrigued by the simple yet profound answers to the key oppositions of non-believers.

A good follow up to Know What you Believe. Simple to read for those who have never studied aplogetics, but would like to give it a try.

Interesting. There are not alot of books out there on the Temple of Solomon. This book offers some interesting information, and things to think about.

This is a part of a set of books on the Temple and Tabernacles. I used some of the information for lessons on David and his additions of praise to Hebrew worship.

Contemplating how God can use you? This is the book for you. This is a book that calls to you wherever you are to step out and begin to walk in faith.
