UPDATE:So far so good!5
I have been drinking green tea for about 2 weeks now- so far have lost 7 pounds, without changing my diet! The book itself gives more strategies as to further enhancing weight loss, and is a quick weekend type of read. There was a website as well, but it appears to be down- before that, I contacted the authors of the book, and asked some questions- they were quick to respond and very helpful/supportive.
05/08/2006: Well, after looking over at one of my other reviews, I realized that I had not updated this in a while. After the 7 pounds, my weight loss stalled. Plus the site is now gone, which is a bummer. I do think that green tea is very beneficial in so many ways, so I continue to drink it. However, I am not losing weight from it (although I am losing pounds and inches with another technique, which I have also reviewed). But the book IS an interesting and quick read, still!
