A winning pair
Pair a ZOIC nutrition drink (available on amazon) with a GNU bar for breakfast or lunch and be AMAZED at how your hunger is suppressed for hours and hours. Pairing 21 grams of protein in the drink and 12 grams of fiber in the bar can't be beat!

Chew away your constipation, deliciously!
These "Chocolate Brownie Bar" flavor Gnu fiber bars taste quite good to me, better than the 4 other flavors I have tried. They are also quite effective for me in promoting bowel regularity (ie: relieving constipation). The all-natural ingredients include a mixture of different fibers and fruit juice sweetener. Highly recommended source of fiber.
