Works well, but may need to change your diet slightly
I read the other reviews and had to put in my own two cents. This product worked well for me, and I have taken it for about 6 months. A lot of the sites that I read about the product said that you don't have to change your diet at all to take it, but I have found that for it to work, you need to eliminate white sugar from your diet. This makes sense because sugar helps the yeast to grow. It works faster if that cultivating element is eliminated from the diet. There are other sites that tout the "candida diet" which is basically eliminating nearly everything, but with this product, it seems that sugar is the only thing that needs to be reduced or eliminated for it to work. I would encourage the person who said that it was a scam to evaluate his diet and take it for a little bit longer, and he will see results from it.

A little overhyped
I suffered from what I believe was a chronic yeast overgrowth. No Doctor made this diagnosis so that was my best guess. My Kaiser docs were less than useless in diagnosing my health problems. After multiple diabetes, B12 deficiency, CBC and more tests that were all negative, I decided to take matters into my hands by trying ThreeLac. While I can't say that all my problems disappeared overnight, they reduced in intensity fairly quickly and after 4 months using ThreeLac (1 - 3 doses a day depending on intensity of symptoms) I can say that I am nearly back to full health. It took a lot more time and money than what other reviewers have claimed but it is the one product that has seemed to actually work. I also combined this with a greatly sugar reduced diet from the book "Feast without Yeast" to achieve results. Even a 2 week course of Diflucan didn't work as well as ThreeLac.

I Feel Much Better Since Taking This
I felt a noticeable improvement in energy after taking ThreeLac for two weeks. I take it four times a day instead of the suggested two. I have been taking it for four months now and it has significantly reduced my symptoms. Recently, I started taking Bio-K acidophilus as well. (I get the Bio-K at Whole Foods since it is a refrigerated item.)

I previously tried taking Solaray Yeast-Cleanse but did not feel any improvement as a result.

I have ordered from New Life Vitamins via amazon.com several times and the shipments have always arrived quickly.

Update as of January 2008: I have switched to GHT's new product FiveLac. I now order directly from Amazon since I am a Prime member and therefore get free two-day shipping.
