Good product for the money. Our local supermarket
(Vons-a member of the Safeway family) charges approx
$5.00/box for same size. There are 2 adults in our
household and one box will not feed a family of four.
Product arrived in great shape. No shipping damage.
Very Good the first time but...
This Chicken with Biscuits is very Good and tasty. Feed 3 people rather well. The "but..." in the heading is this: If it's leftovers you want, don't do this product because the leftovers do not taste as good as the original baked product. Must be the biscuits, but who knows?! Tried it twice (2 times) and both times my family raved how good it is but as for leftovers, no dice! Ate it myself after I spiced it up!

Geesh, You Want Perfection In A Box?
If you want perfection, call Grandma. This is a great meal out of a box, easy to fix and does the job well enough on taste.
I'm a Senior living alone and it's terrific for two good, filling meals. Yeah I eat too much. It could serve three, I'd say a skimpy, dieting four. Five is really a stretch. Fine for a college student serving a friend. And I'll bet the kids like it.
But doggone it, this is good stuff. What difference does it make that there's beef broth added somewhere? Finicky, finicky. If you want a quick, easy and very edible din-din from a box, this is as good as you can expect. If you want super-special ingredients, get a wife you can train to your specific tastes.
Hey, I even microwave it. The biscuits may not be browned and maybe a little chewy; but maybe that's more like chicken & dumplings?
