Terrible purchase
UPDATE; I wanted to give these a one-star ... no way they are worthy of two stars, but i can't seem to edit my review.

These really are crummy paper towels. I had a subscription for the Viva ones and decided to switch to these ... bad idea. They are very thin and not very absorbent. Very difficult to tear at the perforations. Definitely will switch back to the other brand.

Great product but needs more sizes
Scott paper towels are absorbent, handy, and the naturals actually hold up better when wet than other paper towels I have used. My only complaints are that you can't select different sizes (I really do like the select-a-size option) and Scott doesn't even sell paper towels like that. However, this is just a small complaint.

One thing that confused me was the amount of packaging. The whole point of these is how natural they are. However, the larger pack consists of rolls of paper towels that are individually wrapped in plastic. I suppose for some, the individual wrapping is a plus. However, it is more of an inconvenience for me. It seems to me that if you're specifically marketing to the "green" crowd, you would use LESS packaging- not more!

makes the down and dirty quick and clean
It's my experience that cheap paper towels are never a bargain as you use twice as many and end up with yuk on your hands. These are reasonably priced but are strong and absorbant. They are made of recycled fiber so you can feel a little better about using a disposable product. Having them delivered to the door though Amazon as makes it a lot easier to keep my cleaning closet well stocked.
