Customer Reviews
Concise and helpful
I found this a worthwhile supplement for my Securities class. It does a good job of summarizing many of the key Sec concepts. However, if I were to pick just one supplement for a law school class, I'd go with the Gilbert's Securities Regulation Supplement. If you can afford that and this one, go for both. I referred to both throughout my course.
gd. but too detailed
Securities Laws change, often. and the SEC regularly comes out with new stuff they are looking for. So while this book was helpful, I think there are better sources of info available.
