Personality is the best word to describe "Dogtionary." Plus, it's simply beautiful.

The photographs, as art, are unique in style and perspective. The dogs, as characters, are as recognizable and varied as cousins at a family reunion. The definitions are a chuckle, a hoot, an insight, a knowing.

Even the book itself - lusciously printed on heavy cream paper, with a rich satin cover - has so much personality that you reach for it again and again.
