A 3-ring organizer for the entire family's vital medical data.
This remarkably user-friendly organizer ensures that accurate medical records for every member of the family, especially children, are carefully filed and readily available. Parents simply must be proactive to prevent medical mixups of any kind -- including allergic reactions to misdiagnosed medications.
Your Family Health Organizer has a separate section for each family member. Charts in each section allow all pertinent information to be logged, and color-coded tabs allow for quick reference. The 3-ring binder is just the right format for easy filing and accessibility, and it's small enough for portability. It's easy to transfer information, too. For example, the section for one child can easily be removed and left with a babysitter.
The organizer provides space for recording all the family's medical information, including:
- Birth details
- Identification profiles, allowing for fingerprints of each person for security and safety
- Medications prescribed and any reactions to them
- Wellness checkups, immunizations, doctor's appointments
- Tracking information for each child's growth and other milestones
- Tracking information for baby teeth, dental appointments and results
- Dates and other details of hospital stays.
This organizer accommodates two parents and as many as three children. Convenient plastic zippered pockets allow for filing of all insurance cards, appointment cards and other loose items.

About the Author
Jodie Pappas created this organizer to record the ongoing treatments after one of her twin girls was born with a medical condition that required extensive care. Each of the many doctors and specialists kept different records, and Pappas needed a single place to keep track of medical information for her entire family.

Good Book
I think that it is a good way to organize medical records for the family. The only complaint that I have about it is that the pages get stuck on the binder rings, but the content of the book is good.
Best health organizer I have found
I looked all over for a health organizer for my two kids and this one is the best. It has space for multiple kids and both parents if you want. I have it at every doctor appt and people always comment on it. Plus I can keep their shot records in it. No more estimating when I am tracking when the last ear infection was. I can just look it up. And I can keep all of the doctors contact info in their, including specialists.
I highly recommend this book!
As a first time mom, I was looking for something to keep me organized for all the well-baby visits. I found what I was looking for. There is a section for each parent and up to three kids (you can easily order more if needed). I love the pockets for storing the printouts the doctor gives you. There is a section for each visit for you to list exactly what happened and places to list questions. I find myself pulling this book out every so often between visits to log my questions. Then, when I visit the doctor, all my questions are in one place. Nice size and very durable. I could go on and on. LOVE IT!
