I actually just used this cookbook last week, AGAIN, after using just about all the recipes included. I stumbled, literally, onto these books a few years ago and I've been collecting and USING them ever since. I've turned everyone in my family onto them too - you just cannot beat these wonderful recipes! Plus, what I probably love the most is that they make getting a nice Christmas dinner together very quickly and easily with the planned menus, what to do a few weeks, days, hours before, and what to get when you shop. It's just a very well thought out book series and I absolutely LOVE them. Great book, this one in particular is a blast to use, highly, highly recommend!
