We've been Sam Cook fans for many years. So, naturally, we chose to publish a collection of Sam's most memorable columns as the first Pfeifer-Hamilton book. Up North arrived on November 19th of that first year and we sold 7,500 copies before Christmas--all in the Duluth area! Pfeifer-Hamilton was launched.
