I love Mr. Boffo
This is a great collection of comics. Joe has a wonderfully satirical and cynical wit. He has the perfect combination of smart humor and dry humor. I'm really glad that amazon is including the sample pages above. Look through the sample pages, and I'll guarantee you'll be howling.

Another nice thing about this book is that it has reprints of his really popular strips, such as "Friends" and "Carlos."

The Funniest Comic Strip Collection Ever Published?
I think so. Maybe not the *best*, something like Pogo or Calvin & Hobbes has more "heart", but for hilarious strip after hilarious strip, you just can't beat _Shrinkwrapped_. The comic strip "Mr. Boffo" is still well worth your daily perusal, but has declined somewhat from the glory days collected here. "I have a gun". "Trouble.. *Big* Trouble". "Spinner & Windy". "I think Carlos.." "Does she think I'm blind?"
