Customer Reviews

From an Industrial Practitioner of Process Measurement & Control5
I have been working in the Instrumentation, Automation, Process Safety and Control Engineering for the last 16 years in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Automation, Systems, and Instrumentation Dictionary is an excellent reference for anyone working with any kind of instruments, automation and control systems. The definitions, acronyms and abbreviations are even more valuable if you have to write technical documents related to these areas.

Is not easy to know everything there is to know about Instruments and Systems, but having the information at your fingertips is the best next thing. The fourth edition comes with a digital full version of the dictionary on CD, which is a wonderful plus.

I own more than 150 engineering books, and I consider this one to be in the top twenty according to its usefulness in my line of work.
