practical no-frills book
This booklet is a great resource for all tea-time loving folks out there. The recipes stem from tea houses all over the country and are "tried and true", not from some isolated test kitchen. I love the recipes; they are easy to follow, even the few more elaborate ones, and some basic recipes have been given a new twist with interesting combinations of flavors. I have tried a few recipes and am very happy with the results. It's the kind of cookbook that, even though without gorgeous photos to "drool over", gets used all the time: It's small, practical, easy to keep right on your counter, and inexpensive to start with. I have many cookbooks that I love to look at, but hardly ever cook more than a couple of items from due to unusual, expensive, time-consuming recipes. Not so with this book: the range of recipes is great and covers all you need for great tea afternoons, yet they don't require anything that can't be found at a "regular" store. I greatly recommend it!

Delicious and Heart warming
I absolutley love this cookbook. I own a teashop and it's fun to try new recipes. I recommend it to everyone!

Dissapointing
I was dissapointed with this cookbook.
I looked forward to reading some great recipes, only to be let down, as they were so-so, and not that great.
