Product Description

Even the world's most depraved murderers were once only known as somebody's neighbor or someone's son. What turned these people into killers? And why is everyone so fascinated with them? In one chilling chapter after another, this book profiles a terrifying succession of homocidal maniacs. It takes readers inside the minds of the people who committed the world's most notorious and horrendous crimes. Are they inhuman beasts beyond compassion, or human beings just like us who simply crossed a line and could not find a way back? Each story stands alone as a frightening tale. Drawn together in this one volume, Serial Killers and Mass Murderers present a fascinating investigation of the dark side.

Entertaining read4
This book was very entertaining. The chapters were well written and to the point. You could tell the author was very educated on the subject he was writing about, but didn't run on and on about it. It just never ceases to amaze me, the depravity and madness that sometimes occurs in the minds of humans. Some of these murderers just seemed to become INHUMAN after you read of their crimes!
Very good, short and to the point book for true crime buffs!

Interesting book, worth the time!5
I bought this book out of curiosity to bide time in between missions while deployed...I have to say I wanted to read the entire book in one sitting. Each story is well written with facts that aren't mentioned in the movies. This book also reveals serial killers I haven't heard of. It definitely goes into their minds & almost makes you feel as if you're there at the crime scene. If you're curious about the 'stories' of serial killers, read this book!

Great Read!!!5
Great book! When I get books about serial killers, or mass murderers, I am reluctant to read them at first. But once I opened this book, I could not close it! Some names are immediately recognizable, while others are those less known. Great book, recommend everyone to get a copy who is interested!
