James Villepigue is the co-author of the bestselling Body Sculpting Bible series. He has studied the connection between fitness and consciousness for more than ten years. As a Personal Trainer I have learned that to get my clients to go that little bit further in order to achieve exceptional results, I have to teach them how to use not only their bodies, but, more importantly, their minds.
