Nicely Rounded Book
This book has a ton of recipes for non-gluten foods. There are so many recipes that I don't get bored like a lot of books make me. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because some of the recipes are too lengthy and seem like they could be narrowed down a little.
index mising
this book has a lot of interesting recipes. But it has a dismal index. One recipe is blueberry peach cobbler. the index ha no entry for peach, blueberry, or cobbler.
