A bunch of Splenda recipes2
I was looking for creative dessert recipes with wholesome alternatives to sugar. This book just featured Splenda as a sugar substitute in nearly every recipe, and I don't like to use chemical, artificial sugars.

A better book with wholesome low sugar dessert recipes is "Get the Sugar Out" by Ann Louis Gittleman, in which she discusses several wholesome sugar substitutes such as fructose, blackstrap molasses, date "sugar", sucanat, fruits and more. She also provides several dessert recipes featuring these more wholesome forms of sugar.

No-Sugar Cookbook2
I was disapointed in this cookbook.
It has listed many odd ingredients with no reference as to where to find such odd items, or what they are.
I do not recommend this book for the general public.
