The Sweetest Thing
Flan Flood is your typical rich, beautiful high school freshman that lives in Manhattan, New York, which also includes parties every night, has closets full of designer clothing, and the greatest friends. But all that changes when she and her two best friends Meredith and Judith battle it out to win the heart of the schools star quarterback, Adam. When Flan's teen-starlet Sarah-Beth Benny friend hears about Flans crush on Adam she thinks it would be a good idea to have a costume party to get Flan more social with Adam. But all of that goes haywire when Flan and her friends spends the whole night trying to get Adams attention to get that one special kiss from their football prince.
I loved this book! I was completely drawn into the book and I could not put the book down until I had reached the last page. The author did an amazing job with every little detail of the book. I felt like I was in New York trying to help Flan with all the situations she gets herself into. This book is full of drama, guilt and of course secrets. I would recommend this book to anyone who doesn't mind getting lost into a fabulous book.

Flan Flood is back with another adorable novel about her and her crazy friends. (Some more literally crazy then others.)
Two of her closest friends fall for the same guy. And Flan has to be his lab partner. And even though she has an amazing boyfriend who really cares about her, is Flan really the one with feelings for the freshman varsity football quarterback?
I absolutely adore Flan. She has a life that so many teens envy, but she still goes through real issues. She is a character that is so easy to relate to and can seem so real, minus the fact that she's filthy rich.
Take this book to the beach, sit back, and relax, because you're in for a fun ride!
