The Jiffy peat-pot pack is perfect for seeds and cuttings. The preformed pots improve root development and are made with Canadian sphagnum peat moss. There are 12 2-1/4-inch pots per pack.

These things are the best
For a novice gardener like myself these things are ideal. First of all they are biodegradable, which with-in its self is a good reason to buy this, it won't hurt your yard or the enviroment. The roots of the plant grow out of the side of the pot so you know when it's time to find a place outside to put it. These take all of the guess and hard work out of wondering when you should plant the plant outside or move it to a bigger pot. I love these pots. If you are starting a garden, pick up a few.
