Too small for big price
It's my own fault, I know, I didn't read the description well enough. But I thought for that price, I was getting the amount of storage space shown in the photo. Just FYI, that price is for ONE section of 3x3 bins. It's great - good quality, heavy, not hard to put together, looks nice...but for that price???? You could get more storage space for less, most definitely.

Terrible Product
This product is poorly made and overpriced. It is shown with shoes in the picture and it is not deep enough to store a grown man's shoes without them hanging over the edges. Saying that "some" assembly is required is the understatement of the year. Also, it looks distressed in the picture but it is barely rubbed, for the most part it is shiny black. Brookstone customer service was terrible in helping me ship the 40 pound box back to them and told me I could not return it to my local Brookstone store. After spending over an hour trying to assemble this I now have to try to get it into my car and take it to a shipping company.

Good pruduct
Easy to assemble and looks nice. This shoe rack is a perfect fit in our house.
