Editorial Review
Why is it that after all those cases where the ghost at the amusement park turned out to be the disgruntled security guard or other such human character, that the Scooby Doo gang never managed to figure out that they were not, in fact, being chased by a genuine other-worldly monster? Why didn’t they simply yank the mask off the fake creature right at the beginning and save themselves a lot of hassle? Regardless of this logical inconsistency, Scooby Doo’s popularity has never wavered and fans of the easily spooked Great Dane will enjoy this fun and educational game and activity set, built to be used with the V Smile system. Kids learn vocabulary, logic skills, numbers, math, and matching. While some of the games will be more challenging than others, depending on the child’s aptitude, there is plenty of variety for everyone. --Charlie Williams

Customer Reviews

Not playable for the suggested ages2
This game requires advance reading and spelling skills, that a 4 year does not have. My 6 year old niece even had difficulties spelling some of the words. The suggested ages for the game is 4-6. I would say the starting age would be 6, unless your 4 year old can spell really well.

Inadiquate for younger children2
We purchased Scooby Doo with the system for our son on his 4th birthday. The loves the system but this game frustrated him, we spend more time playing it for him with him watching. It asks for skills that even a 6 year old would have such as picking two numbers that add up to 10, the child must pick the actual numbers like 2 and 8, there's no pictures, or in the underwater stage the child must fill in the missing letter from words, there's no outline for the missing letter or even a hint to the missing letter. My son loves watching Scobby, but I really don't know how much he's learning while we play it for him or he screams at it because he keeps dieing.

Not playable for the suggested age group2
This is to advance and complicated for the age group suggested. My 4 1/2 year old son found it very fustrating. But we love the video system.
