Excellent for photos
I own 6 of these boxes for my photo/ cd storage.
Rubbermaid made it with plastic that is gas free so no need to worry about deterioration.
very sturdy so you stack them and it holds a lot. the top snaps closed.

Fatastic Product
I have bought several of these items from Lowe's over the years and now all of a sudden, they no longer carry them. I suspect it might be because they are such a bargain and are so very, very useful. I just hope that they continue to be made far into the future.

Great storage solution
I use these to store the kids DVD's. They are very sturdy, the box lid stays on and you can easily see the contents without opening. They fit well in our entertainment center. I don't use the extra insert, we tend to fill them up as soon as I buy new ones.
