cheap thread
The thread is thin and weak and tangles easily. The color selection is good, but what's the good of all those spools when I don't want to use them? The needles are stored too loosely and don't have enough size variation. There are no scissors nor room to store them. It probably wouldn't be feasible to sell a kit of this size with high quality material for this price. If you just want to do small jobs with unpredictable colors, you might like this kit, but personally I'd rather pay twice as much for a high quality product.

Sewing Box
I really like the sewing box. It holds the misc sewing items I was able to put in a few of the extra spools of thread I had laying around.

Love the box. disappointed in the thread
I got this for Christmas last year, and I really love the box, and the organization. I wish the thread was higher quality, though. It breaks very easily, even when hand sewing, and tangles readily. I'm hoping to get a good set of Gutteman thread for Christmas this year, and then I will be thrilled - replacing the thread, keeping the box.
