A Good Product5
I did a lot of research before selecting a Flax Oil product and came up with this one as being highly recommended. I tried it and have been pleased. I took 3-4 gels 2-3 times per day over a few months and quickly noticed that my dry eyes problem improved a little. I think my body has also benefited from the fiber in this product. Anyway, it's hard to quantify the results, but I have been pleased and am going to reorder.

The bottle is very opaque and the gels themselves are very dark (and large), so it's apparent the manufacturer is really making an effort to protect the oil before it is consumed. This is really important since exposure to heat and sunlight supposedly damages the oil and reduces its effectiveness. I have seen other manufacturers that do not protect the oil nearly as well.

This product is everything what it said that online.It gave me more energy to work and not feel that tired.It help me with my astma,too. It`s more then I expect.

Excellent for dry eyes.5
This brand of flaxseed oil capsules was recommended by my opthamologist, specifically because it has the highest lignan content. 2-3 capsules ONCE a day is what is recommended. If I slack off and don't take them for awhile, I need to use eye drops again. If I'm regular about taking the capsules, the dry eye goes away. This is also a very competitive price, even with shipping.
