From the supplier: Hospitals have already begun preparing changes in providing health services for their own employees that will fit well in the plans for health care reform. Hospitals now offer employees many forms of managed care coverage including major medical plans with deductibles, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations and basic employer-paid health plans with no deductibles. Although few hospitals have plans with long-term medical care, called for in the Clinton plan, some hospitals have been adding them, while others are preparing to comply.
