The 600 Watt UPB Non-Dimmimg Switch is used for controlling loads up to 600 Watts. These 600W Non-Dimming switches are for loads like compact fluorescent and high efficiency lighting fixtures that should not be dimmed. It is also capable of being set to a dimming mode. The switch is easier to install then that of competitors because of its engineered smaller depth (only about 1-1/2 inch deep). This makes for more room in the junction box. The switch comes equipped with a multi-color LED indicator, which may be set to off, blue, red or magenta. The default setting for the LED is blue when the light is OFF and when the switch is ON the LED is off. You may change these default colors by using the HAI UPB UPStart configuration software.
