I have tried many enzymes to assist with digestion or for pain. This works very well for both. I have tried Enzymaitc Therapy, and Garden of Life along with other brands and find this product to be the best. Taken 1/2 hour before dinner works well for difestion and taking in between meals on an empty stomach is good for pain. The dosages would be based on an individual need, I take five tablets, you may require less.
