A staple item in any kitchen, the cookie sheet has the built-in promise of many tasty pleasures to come. NordicWare's traditional version is constructed of uncoated, commercial-grade aluminum in a roomy 13-by-14-inch size to evenly circulate heat over large batches of the day's chosen treat. Best bakeware for a crappy oven!!!
I have an old, crappy oven in my apt and this cookie sheet makes everything cook evenly. It's awesome!!!
Great Cookie Sheet
We have been very happy with this cookie sheet. It is nice and heavy and durable. Cleans up well. I like the fact that it is made in the USA and you can tell it is so much better than cheap flimsy cookie sheets made elsewhere that bend and warp. This has not warped and seems strong enough that I doubt it will be a problem. I haven't had anything stick to it either.
