Can't Live Without Them!
I'm not sure what makes this combination so magical, but Tension Rx has worked wonders for my insomnia. I know that there is another type that is intended for nighttime use, but this regular one makes me sleep like a baby. I have a history of insomnia including not being able to fall asleep, or waking up in the middle of the night for several hours, or tossing and turning a lot at night and feeling unrested. When I take Tension Rx, I just go right to sleep, stay asleep and wake up feeling rested. On the box it says to stop after six weeks to take a break. I cannot figure out why this is-- someone told me that it is so great for anxiety that they put that there so people will get treated for the underlying symptoms if necessary-- but I am not sure about that. My naturopathic doctor didn't see anything on the list of ingredients that would require a break. However, I have found that after a couple of months it doesn't work quite as well, and taking a break for a few weeks makes it more effective when I resume use.
