received product quickly. was not working properly and company shipped a new one within days. Still having trouble so sent both machines back for a refund. Had to call a few times about credit but all in all great customer service just not a great product.

Nice machine for the money
This machine has served me well in my professional drapery workroom for over 2 years. The owner's manual is poorly translated, so it took me a while to correctly interpret the instructions and apply them so that the machine worked predictably and well. It is a nice machine for the money and has given me professional results.
