Well worth its weight in gold
I use this oil more than I use my regular non-flavored EVOO. It is fabulous on salmon - I just smear a little on top of good Alaskan salmon, add salt and pepper and throw it on the grill. Tastes like chef's best everytime and I get rave reviews. I just used it to make eggplant parmesan tonight - I love garlic, and this is the best garlic infused oil I've found.

Healthy Garlic Oil - Goes Great on A Variety of Foods...
I use it on my meats, fish, poultry, and pastas (it's excellent when cooked with spaghetti). I highly recommend Garlic Gold Oil.
