Excellent tomatoes
These are the best canned tomatoes I have tasted. They have a fresh flavor, similar to home-canned. They are a little more acidic/bright, and have a rounder flavor than other tomatoes. Comes with a basil leaf in each can.

Have to agree with Michael D.
These Italian imports seem to be much tastier than most domestic brands. Not sure why exactly.Maybe the local priest blesses them or something. They make a very excellent base for all pasta sauces I have tried making.

This is closer to sauce than diced tomatoes, to the point that I have most of a case sitting in the garage that I'll probably not use.
