great bakers tool
As a pastry chef, I have always had to scale out recipes to use in the kitchen. Customers who wanted a recipe from me would always get one that may or may not work. With this tool I can make sure that the recipe can be scaled down to a single measurement and will be right every time. This tool is easy to use and easier as you use it. I love mine and use it regularly. Ever have a recipe that is in ounces and grams and don't have a scale? No problem with this calculator.

If you're like me
and are mathematically challenged-this is perfect! Frankly, I got discouraged asking my teen to help me figure out 1 1/2 + 3/4 cups of something. It helps me double portion sizes in addition to adding or subtracting measurements. During busy baking and cooking times like the holidays, I need all the assistance with doubling and tripling recipes I can get. The timer function is easy to use and like many of you busy cooks out there, an additional timer is something we need and can use so I was delighted to add this useful one to my kitchen. I would highly recommend this item.
