Flop Head- Hard to put on3
This mophead cleans okay, but nothing special. Still leaves a few particles after you're done. The real problem, though, is that it is very difficult to replace. The mop has a sturdy metal latch ("hook") that you have to stick the head onto. But once it's on, you do feel confident that it will stay on until you're ready to take it off.
It took me forever to change the mop head. It didn't snap or slide on easily at all. I was ready to just buy a new mop by the time I finally got the thing on. Suggestion when changing the head ("refill"): HOLD the handle down very firmly so the little metal lever/hook has more wiggle-room to latch onto the head. Replace after 3 months for heavy-use homes (i.e. weekly), 1 year for mild-use (i.e. monthly).

Disintegrated After 2 Weeks1
I bought this type of mop 2 weeks ago, but the sponge part split after 1 week's worth of very light use and after 2 weeks it has fallen apart completely. I will buy one more refill in case I just got a bad one the first time, but if the next one falls apart I'm switching mop brands.

Mop heads fall apart after a few uses1
These mops are absolutely worthless--they fall apart after a few weeks of use. I even called their customer service department to complain and the rather unsympathetic woman on the phone basically blamed me because I used Pinesol as a cleaning agent--she said that breaks down the mop. Waht kind of mop falls apart from using a common household cleaner??!!! Their mop handles are sturdy, but at the price of the refills and only getting a few uses out of them, they're worthless!
