Don't Waste Your Money1
This punch is a joke. I have tried it on everthing from standard plain paper to cardstock and it punches the corner fine but it does not emboss worth a darn. I have tried pushing with full upper body strength and even steaming the paper first. The only thing I got from that was wrinkled, shrunken corners. The only thing I could get this to punch properly on was vellum or tissue paper. Also, the corners are so tiny it looks ridiculous on a full size card. These would be fine if you were making tissue paper gift tags but that's about it.

This product punches great does not emboss worth a darn. I have done everything but sit on it to get it to emboss. Would never buy another fiskars embosser again!

HALLELUJAH: my FAVORITE scrapbooking tool5
Wow I've scrapped for 10 years and didn't even look at the newest punching tools until recently. For years I just used the generic corner rounder. I LOVE this tool.

Unlike the other reviewer I've not found it difficult to use at all! I can see the embossing just fine. And I sit in a chair with feet on the ground not trying to put my whole self into a punch and wha-la, a beautifully punched and embossed corner.

I also do not have troubles getting it to punch through cardstock or photos! It also embosses on those. I did not buy it for it's embossing ability but for the corner cut.

Depending on pressure sometimes an embossed symbol doesn't come out to good but you just put it back into the punch and press again and there it is.

If you're like my Mom who doesn't like to "ruin" her photos by cropping them this is the PERFECT solution, you retain the whole image and yet you get this pretty design on them.

I plan to use it on the edges of Christmas cards to for a nice personal touch. :) Great tool, I want all the other edgers by Fiskars now.

Oh, and if you wait until craft stores like Hobby Lobby have 1/2 off sales on punches you can get these there for under $8.
