Slow shipping / bad communication
Two weeks to find out 1 of three plants I ordered was out of stock. Could they have e-mailed me to ask if I would like the other two shipped, sure they could, did they NO. I had to e-mail and got no response, so I decided to call and find out what was going on. That is when he informed me he was out of one and if I would like to substitute for something else. POOR!!!!

looks real!
My only complaint is that the pieces that fall down look white like flowers in this picture but in reality they are light green, I guess it's just the light reflecting in the picture. The green part looks more fake to me and I bought it because I wanted a plant with flowers so that was a disappointment. We went with the fake one because we live in a basement and this is in our living room where there are no windows. It can be a bit dreary so to stave off depression I ordered this. It totally worked! When people come over they never think it's fake, we just get compliments. When we move I hope to put it up somewhere regardless of sunlight!

You Can't Go Wrong
This is the second hanging plant I have ordered from Silk Plants Plus through Amazon.com. I was greatly pleased with both. The Spider hanging plant is very full and beautifully arranged. The greenery is made from rich silk and is very realistic. They do not skimp on the baskets either. You can also call them directly if you want a special arrangement or to find out more information. They will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I called and described a small ivy table plant I needed but couldn't find. They made one up for me and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Another feature I really like is they ship their products out fast and you will receive your plant within two/three days tops.
