flimsy and problematic
Because this vinyl is so thin and light, and has no weights in the bottom (the way a liner would), it doesn't hang well and tends to kink up every time you close the curtain. Something with a bit more heft would work much better. But other than that, it is pleasant enough. The material allows just a bit of light to pass through but offers close to full privacy.
