Bismarkia nobilis means noble and stately which is exactly what this palm is. A truly magnificent and very rarely offered palm, the leaves when young are purple-red turning blue-green as they age and are very palmate. Native of Madagascar they will require a well-drained soil and a warm sunny spot preferably in a conservatory. Dislikes root disturbance. Can take some drought. Conditions : Full sun
