Pretty good Compilation!!
This Death metal compilation features many good songs from death bands, some of these songs are really awesome, like "forgotten sunrise" from Amorphis, "Night's blood" from Dissection and "sons of fate" from Pyogenesis. Not all the groups here belong to the same style: Dissection is more Black metal, Amorphis Melodic death metal, and original groups like Gorefest and Exit 13 mix together in this cd. If you Like Death\black\thrash you'll like this album.

Must have for any beginning death metal collector!!!
Death...is just the beginning Vol 3, was the first one of the series I picked up. I suggest anyone who wants to learn of other underground metal bands then the compilations is the way to go. From Nuclear Blast's Death...is just the beginning series I got into Benediction, Dissection, Hypocrisy, Brutality, Sinister, Mortician, and there's several more but the ones I mentioned are the main ones I listen to from Nuclear Blast. Although, there are some new bands added to their roster such as Belphegor, Dimmu Borgir, Malevolent Creation and Suffocation. I knew of them before they went Nuclear. Well, hopefully my review has helped you.

Death really is just the beginning
this cd is a great way to learn about some good talented metal bands. My favs here are Brutality and Pyogenesis, but all of them are good. Overall its a great head banging experience. I recommend it. ROCK ON!
