Fabulous for the price! Not for chewers or escape artists!
Our seller delivered the product really quickly & had great customer service (iBuySource).Our crate went together nicely, unlike the other reviewer who menioned having unaligned bolt holes. The crate is for a dog accustomed to being crated. The door latches are not overly strong, but do do the job . I crate my puppies overnight just to make sure they are safe & don't potty all over the house. They love their crates...it's a place to stretch out & relax(these are huge in the XL size!!). They look a LOT better than most crates and clean up nicely (sadly we found this out the very first night we used our crate, our puppy got sick).

Overall , if you have a dog that enjoys their dog house or crate, this will work very well for you. If you have an escape artist or chewer,don't bother.

You get what you pay for
I was expecting this product to be the same as more expensive versions sold elsewhere, but I don't believe it is. I do not have a more expensive version, but I can't imagine a $200 crate would be as difficult to put together as this one was. It looks nice once assembled...but the holes do not line up properly so some parts are slightly bowed....I also ended up with one stripped bolt thread b/c of that. This is definitely NOT the crate to get for a dog that will scratch or bounce around too much...it absolutely would not hold up! I ended up with a bolts and washers EVERYWHERE in the box, not one was in the little baggie in the box. The latches for the door are also screwy and would not be reliable for a dog that would put much of any pressure on the door trying to get out. Overall I think its worth the price....just don't get it for dog with crate issues and be prepared for some muscling together!
