Don't believe the 1 star
I just wanted to make mention that the previous reviewer stated that this box spring was ordered and a small box was delivered.... That is because this particular item is not a box spring, it is a box spring cover (which would explain the very small box upon delivery). I have not received my cover yet but I was almost discouraged from buying it because of the 1 star rating, but then I read the reason why the reviewer rated it 1 star and felt a little more at ease.

wrong item (NO STAR)
I saw the picture of queensize boxspring on amazon.com. I was in need of boxspring for my bed.i was expecting big size (queen size) box for my order. To my sirprise I had got tiny box around 18"x12" on delivery.I didnt open it and sent it back immidiately.I had got confirmation of receiving of return fromamazone. but still i didnt get my payment back,its been more then 30 days.
I had bad experience with circuit city too. now almost its more then 8 months,i didnt receieve mail in rebate for my web cam purchase.
I think I will never go for net puchase and i will never trust mail in rebate schemes any more.
