essential chinese ingredient5
This is essential, but recipes use only a tablespoon or so. I mistakenly ordered 6 jars, 1 1/2 lb each. So be warned. Looks like exotic Christmas gifts this year. But try it. Angelina's Gourmet was prompt in delivery and the cost was low. If Chinese cooking matters to you, you will be pleased. There is no substitute.
