Customer Reviews

Comfortable but not durable3
The first time you slip these puppies on, you will literally sigh in relief. They feel really good on your feet. The problem is the temperpedic filling that provides that wonderful floating sensation doesn't last very long. For me, the filling lasted about 3 months, and then the slippers went flat and then they really weren't all that comfortable. That happened with two pairs in a row, so now I have quit buying them. At $50 a pop, they aren't cheap, nor durable enough to justify the high cost.

These are the best memory foam slippers available. I have tried several others including BB&B and none compare in quality although they look similar (cheap imitations!). I have owned my pair of Tempur-pedic slippers for a couple of years now; although directions recommend against machine washing and drying, have done so multiple times without problem...main thing is to use rack in dryer and not let them tumble. Have hardwood floors and tile in kitchen and no scuff marks.

Annoyed1
The first time I put these on and walked into our kitchen I noticed a trail of black marks that followed me across the linoleum floor. I didn't think a lot of it at first. I figured the marks would easily buff out. So I got down on my hands and knees and proceeded to scrub. I scrubbed for about 20min on one single spot with bleach and water. I also tried other cleaners on different areas. I still haven't been able to remove all of the marks, and I plan to call Brookstone about the incident. I would give them one star because they were comfortable, but not worth the aggravation of having to spend two hours scrubbing the floor with chemicals. Im considering a video review of what a pain this has been.
