Powerful car, virtually unstoppable
This car delivers on the promise of not being hindered by any terrain. The duel motors are indeed powerful and keep the wheels turning through even deep snow and mud. The front wheels do not steer like usual cars, but the left and right wheels turn independently giving this vehical the ability to turn much like a tank on tracks will do. The result is it can do fantastic spins and about face quickly. This car is very fast as far as most battery powered cars are concerned. The only complaint about this car I have is the flimsy plastic pieces "spoilers" that snap on the top. They tend to fall off easily. Otherwise this machine does exactly what is promised, it will go through tough terrain and it will do it in record time!

Recommended, but.....
As the other reviewers have stated, this toy is very, very powerful and fast. It truely shames any other rc battery types. All the spoiler and other such attachments quickly broke off. The antenna sleeve was lost fairly quickly and with out a sleeve, the antenna got wrapped around a tire. I had to cut the antenna, which now limits how far the car can be from you. No real battery problems here. However, my 5 y/o son did crash it repeatedly, and it did result in some serious problems. The right rear tire froze up. I had to dismantle it and found a small pin somehow got lodged in a gear. Once I removed it, all was good. Fun toy, worth the money.

Additional Comments
I wrote a review on this product but in the Oragne, 27Mhz version, you can click on that one to read my other comments but I wanted to add a few things.

A previous reviewer stated the plastic things that would pop off. This is very true and I ended up leaving them off they came off so much. Additionally, if the vehicle flips, which it will, the tubing that encases the antenna wire started to bend. Mine eventually broke off and I had to pry out the remaining plastic tubing in the antenna hole on the car to get it to fit back in.

This would be a very very fun R/C toy if it wasn't for the battery problems (See my review of the Orange XPV 27 Mhz version) that seem to be occurring. I am currently waiting on a replacement car, I only got about 5 minutes play time per 4 hour charge.
