Delicious Quickbread and muffin mix
This is a delicious gluten-free bread and muffin mix; it is also free of potato and polysorbate. No one would guess is gluten-free! I feel most oils are a more nutritious alternative to dairy-free margine, so I always use a different oil (walnut, almond, grapeseed, etc) and they all turn out delicious. I also substitute different sweeteners for the sugar such as maple syrup, honey, yacon syrup, date sugar, and coconut sugar and have been consistently very pleased. The bag also offers variations to make the following breads/muffins: poppy see, blueberry, berry, zucchini, apple, banana bread, pumpkin, dried cranberry apple, carrot raisin, streusel, tropical, and chocolate chunk.

MIX IS NOT PRE-SWEETENED
Description: vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg flavored mix. Makes delicious quickbreads or muffins.
Directions: just add 1/3 cup Oil, 1 1/4 cups Sweetner and 2 cups Water. Mix until smooth. Bake and enjoy!

BROWN RICE FLOUR, VANILLA BEAN POWDER (vanilla beans, corn based dextrose), NON-ALUMINUM BAKING POWDER (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch (from non GMO corn), calcium acid phosphate), SEA SALT, CINNAMON, BAKING SODA, XANTHAN GUM, NUTMEG.

Super fabulous!
This is a wonderful mix with so much versatility. We have just found out that in addition to gluten intolerance, we are afflicted with dairy and egg allergies. This is a God send to be able to have something "normal" for a treat back in our diet. Really a life saver for apeasing my 9 year old son's sweet tooth even though I make it with Xylitol so it's sugar free...hehehe :o)

Fabulous mix!!
This mix is great. You only need to add oil, water, and your choice of sweetener. You also have the option of adding additional flavorings of your choice - our favorite is banana.
