Handtools tend to fall into two categories - consumer grade made-in-China (of these, Sears Craftsman are usually the best) and professional grade made-in-USA or Europe at much higher prices.
WIHA are a find - professional quality at attractive prices. The set I bought are manufactured in Vietnam to German / Swiss quality standards. Impressive quality for price, highly recommended. From now on I'm going to look for their products next time I need any handtools.
